Abhir’s Urgency and Farewell
Abhir urges Abhimanyu to hurry up because others might be waiting. Muskaan requests Abhir to at least say goodbye. Abhimanyu asks Abhir to bid farewell to everyone. After Abhir leaves, Akshara, Abhinav, and the Goenka family become emotional and shed tears. Manish prays to God, acknowledging the difficulty of losing a child, and asks for strength for Akshara and Abhinav to cope with the pain.
A Visit to the Temple
Abhimanyu takes Abhir to a temple. He explains that he brought him there because he is a devoted follower of Lord Shiva. Abhimanyu reassures Abhir that he can ask him anything since he is a doctor. Curiously, Abhir asks when Abhimanyu realized that he is his son. Abhimanyu reveals that his heart recognized him from their first meeting, but he learned the truth before his surgery. Abhir wonders why Abhimanyu isn’t coming to Kasauli to stay with them. Abhimanyu explains that he has a family and work in Udaipur. After praying together, they head to the Birla house. Anand praises Akshara and Abhinav’s parenting. Abhir is introduced to his extended family, including Anand, Mahima, Nishtha, Parth, and Arohi. Manjiri asks Abhimanyu to prepare Abhir as the priest is waiting. Although impressed by Abhimanyu’s big house, Abhir still longs for his own home.

Akshara consoles Abhinav, reminding him to think positively as they will meet Abhir on weekends. Abhir struggles with tying the knot of his pants and reminisces about Abhinav. Sensing his struggle, Abhimanyu offers to help and assures Abhir that he can ask for his assistance anytime. Meanwhile, Abhinav misses Abhir and looks for him.
Yearning for a Reunion: Abhinav imagines playing hide and seek with Abhir, yearning for a warm hug from his son. Akshara, too, feels the void in her heart as she gazes at a picture of Abhir, missing him deeply.
