Teri Meri Doriyaann Written Update Today (24 July 2023)
In today’s episode, Simran asks Angad and Sahiba if she can sleep with them on their bed. Angad agrees, and they remove the partition in the bed to make her comfortable. They all listen to a song together, and Simran holds their hands as she falls asleep.
Sahiba worries about what will happen when Angad finds out that Simran is his stepsister and they have the same father. At midnight, Simran wakes up feeling hungry and goes to the kitchen. Sahiba accidentally holds Angad’s hand while sleeping, and when he wakes up and sees this, he realizes that Simran is missing. They both start looking for her.
In the kitchen, Simran meets Jasleen, who gets angry and scolds her. Simran gets scared and drops the milk bottle, waking up the family. Jasleen criticizes Simran, but Inder defends her, saying she’s not an orphan and has a family. Sahiba fears that Inder might reveal that Simran is his daughter. Japjyoth stops Jasleen’s drama and promises to take care of Simran until they find a good school and place for her to stay. Angad thanks Inder for supporting Simran.
Angad cheers Simran up with funny pictures on his laptop, and Sahiba brings milk for her. Simran asks Angad to tie a rakhi on his wrist, and he agrees. This makes Angad emotional. Simran then asks for his help to find her father, and he promises to do so. They discuss how much they will miss her when she goes to boarding school. Sahiba suggests they can visit her often and bring her home on weekends.
Inder is troubled by the incident in the kitchen and has trouble sleeping. Manveer asks if something is bothering him, but he denies it. The next morning, Sahiba gets Simran ready and takes her to Inder. Simran calls Inder her uncle who protected her from Jasleen. Inder showers her with love and gives her a frock as a gift. Simran thanks him and asks if he is Angad’s father, and he affirms, saying she can call him “papa.” Manveer enters the scene and questions what he means by this.
